Tree Surveys

Written to comply with ‘Trees In relation to Construction, with plans drawn by using Vector works (CAD programmes) based upon existing site surveys and supplied in a format ready to read in Architects’ CAD programmes. Then the finished drawings will be supplied in pdf format ready for submission online to the council.

A Simple survey consists of up to 10 mature trees, more trees would indicate a large site and would need a quote based upon sight of the site survey and house plans.

‘Trees In relation to Construction- Recommendations’. These may be asked for to accompany landscape plans and after a tree survey has been completed.

Garden Design

A concept design will be drawn up for the garden using 3D sketches as well as 2D architect plans for layout and planting plans along with details of the number and variety of each plant. Assistance with material choice is provided to include bricks, stone slabs, ornaments, furniture.

This is usually via emails which allows supplying of alterations for review as quick as possible. This is flexible and does not just focus on one design. An initial meeting will allow the opportunity to discuss in depth all the relevant issues before starting a design. Timetable is to start work within two weeks of a commission and deliver within a month or during the build programme if preferred.

Once the design is approved then detailed costings can be given for the landscape work and all the planting. We can source large specimen plants, if required. All plants supplied are guaranteed (if cared for!) for 6 months. (Unless exceptional weather means they have died).

It is very rare that we are required to replace, but we will always do so if the need arises. We only supply the best quality plants and materials and do not believe in using cheap alternatives as this will always lead to disappointment and frustration.
